At The Sewing Shed Ireland, we want you to be delighted with your craft supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that cut-to-order fabrics and ribbons are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging, including a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shed

  Send your package to our West Cork studio using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
