What are your shipping rates and delivery times within Ireland?
We offer standard shipping across Ireland via An Post. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery expected within 3-5 working days. Free shipping is available on orders over €75.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Please note that cut-to-order fabrics, ribbons, and trims cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For non-cut items like sewing kits or notions, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Are the fabric colors accurate on your website?
We strive to photograph our fabrics in natural light to ensure color accuracy. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and brightness.
Do you offer sewing classes or workshops?
Yes, The Sewing Shed hosts various workshops for all skill levels at our studio. You can find the current schedule and book your spot directly through our 'Workshops' page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Can I add items to an order I have already placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to add items to it to help you save on shipping. Please contact us immediately with your order number to make any adjustments.
